How do I download the Free versions ?

You must register for an account with us ,  then follow these steps:

1. Browse the 'Free Software' products category.
2. If you want to read more about the free version, click on version you want to download then 'Add to Basket' or otherwise you can just click on the 'Buy' button
   (No payment required , the cost will be shown as zero !)
3. Click 'Continue' through each of the remaining steps to complete the 'order'.
4. Access 'Your Account'. See link [YOUR ACCOUNT], near the top right of the page.
5. Click on the 'Order History' link
6. You will then see a [DOWNLOAD HERE] link, click on that and save to your PC.
   
   You will also receive an EMAIL DOWNLOAD LINK , use this instead of the above if you wish.

How do I download the Commercial versions ?

I have not received a Download Link email ?

Please check your Spam Filters / Folders and that you entered a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS. 

I have not received the Software ?

Nothing is sent via post , make sure you download the software within 3 days of ordering. 

The Software fails to save to your PC ?

Make sure you select "SAVE" and not "RUN" when downloading. 

I get a "Licence not found" Message when starting Software ?

For FREE Upgrades and Offers you MUST own a copy of EasyObdII Version 3.0.0 
EasyObdII Version 3.0.0 MUST be in the same Directory / Folder as the other software.

I Registered but my Account no longer exists ?

Your Account may have been deleted if any details you gave during the Registration process looked Invalid or False.
